One such person is 24-year-old Andrea Ivanova, who has developed an obsession with the size of her lips.
Through hyaluronic acid lip injections, Andrea Ivanova has created a strikingly large pair of lips. Her ultimate goal is to achieve the biggest lips in the world, and according to her, she’s getting closer to that goal.
Hailing from Sofia, Bulgaria’s capital, Andrea has continued to undergo expensive, risky, and controversial procedures. She has now had 27 interventions and has quadrupled the size of her lips, as reported by Unilad.
“I really like them and feel much better,” Andrea said.
However, this lifestyle comes with a hefty price tag. Each injection costs about $150 in Bulgaria, and she’s spent around $5,000 on her lip enlargement. Despite this, the young woman, who claims to have studied German philology at a university in Sofia, isn’t stopping anytime soon.

Andrea Ivanova is determined to have even bigger lips, despite doctors advising against further injections. Her goal is clear: she wants to have the biggest lips in the world.
While she doesn’t officially hold the world record, Andrea believes her lips are the biggest.
“Many men from all over the world message me on social media, offering money, trips, and invitations to meet,” she says.
Several of her followers, who seem knowledgeable about the subject, also claim that no one has larger lips than the 22-year-old. However, the procedures have had some consequences, including difficulty eating. She describes her lips as “lovely” and believes more interventions are in her future.
“Some doctors think I’ve had enough, but my doctor said he’ll do more injections if I wait at least two months,” she explains.
As a result of her lip enlargements, Andrea has had to make some sacrifices.
“I really like my new lips, though eating was difficult after the injections, and the first two to three days after the procedure are especially tough. But there are no restrictions on what I can eat,” she said.
Andrea doesn’t pay much attention to online critics, despite the hate she receives.
“It’s my body, and I believe everyone should look however they want,” she says, brushing off the negativity.
