A woman has left social media buzzing after unveiling her astonishing transformation in just four years.
Toxii, who describes herself as a body modification devotee, is now nearly covered head to toe in tattoos, with the upper half of her body completely inked in black. But her dramatic changes don’t stop there.
She’s had her nose removed, her eyes and tongue tattooed, horn-like implants placed on her forehead, and even split her tongue down the middle.
And yes — she kept the parts she removed, storing them in small jars.
Recently, on Instagram, Toxii surprised her followers by posting a rare side-by-side of her before-and-after look. Her 2019 self was nearly unrecognizable, sporting long blonde hair, soft makeup, and no visible tattoos or body modifications.
Now sporting jet-black hair, extensive tattoos, and bold body modifications, Toxii confidently shows off her look in tiny bikinis, fully embracing her transformed self.
“When asked about her motivation, she said, ‘I like to be imperfect, and I believe imperfections make you unique,’” according to The Mirror.
Toxii even keeps her removed nose preserved in a small jar.
With nearly 160,000 Instagram followers, she was interviewed by famous street artist Devon Rodriguez, who asked about the most painful part of her transformation.
“Did the horn implants in your forehead hurt?” he inquired.
“No, not at all,” she answered. “My nose removal was definitely much worse.”
Toxii revealed that the healing process took about eight weeks. When Rodriguez asked the question everyone was curious about—“Did you keep your nose?”—she didn’t hesitate to reply, “I have all my body parts in little jars, yeah.”
The reaction on social media was mixed. While some admired her boldness and confidence, many were stunned by the drastic changes.
One commenter wrote, “You were so beautiful before.”
Another questioned, “What made you do this to yourself?”
And someone else bluntly asked, “Why do you hate yourself?”
Some people even questioned how she managed to undergo so many procedures in such a short time. “I believe these kinds of decisions should be made more slowly,” one user commented. “Rushing into them often leads to regret and unhappiness.”
But the reactions went beyond personal opinions—some even speculated about supernatural causes.
“One commenter said, ‘The only explanation is that she’s possessed by a strong poltergeist,’” sparking more eerie theories.
Another added, “There’s no logical reason for this many body modifications unless it’s tied to Satanic rituals or some unknown force.”
Is Toxii’s transformation a powerful act of self-expression, or does it prompt deeper conversations about the culture of body modification?
