Mary, who’s from Toronto, Canada, became well-known for her many surgeries. She says she’s spent a lot of money changing her face and other parts of her body.
Recently, the model shared new photos showing her latest look — a “Barbie-style” face and eyes shaped like a cat’s.
Most people want to be the best they can be, and for many, that includes looking good — or at least what they think looks good. This can mean dressing nicely, trying new face creams, following beauty routines, going on diets, or exercising to feel better.
But for some, that’s not enough.
Plastic surgery used to be seen as something only for big changes, but today, it’s also about helping people feel more confident in their own skin.
Some choose surgery not to look like someone else, but to feel more happy with how they already look.
In the end, everyone should be free to make their own choices about how they look, as long as it’s safe. After all, it’s our body.
Still, a few people take things much further — changing their looks in major ways.
One of those people is Mary Magdalene, a 25-year-old from Toronto, Canada. She became known online for her many surgeries. Her journey began when she was 21 and had her first procedure.
According to The Sun, Mary has had many surgeries since then. She often shares photos and updates on Instagram, saying she now has a “forest fairy elf” look.
Her story started even earlier. At just 17, Mary was working as an exotic dancer. Her first surgery was a breast enhancement. In an interview, she said she had always liked the “fake bimbo” style.
Mary Magdalene started out working as an exotic dancer and also called herself a kind of “therapist.” As time went on, her online business grew. She became well-known on Instagram and once had over 300,000 followers. But after her account was taken down, she now has around 70,000.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mary switched to doing online exotic dancing full-time. She charged around $110 for just five minutes and sometimes had up to 50 sessions in one week. Her clients were both men and women, aged anywhere from 20 to 80.
“I dance and chat with them,” Mary told Unilad. “But sometimes I just talk and listen. Some people just want company.” She added that people ask for all kinds of things—like watching her eat, try on outfits, twerk, or show her feet. “Some even want me to insult or humiliate them,” she said.
Mary’s journey with plastic surgery started with just one breast operation—but it quickly turned into much more. She now has tattoos covering her body and has had many surgeries over the years.
Her breast size is now a 38J, thanks to 5,000cc expanders. She’s also had a brow lift, fat moved around her body, three Brazilian butt lifts, several nose jobs, multiple breast surgeries, liposuction, fake teeth (veneers), and injections to make her butt bigger.
According to The Sun, Mary Magdalene had to travel all the way to Russia for her latest surgery. The procedure was so intense that doctors in the U.S. wouldn’t do it.
She has already spent over $100,000 on changing her appearance — and she’s not finished yet.
Some might think she’s done everything possible, but Mary says more changes are still on the way. “Next week I’m getting an eyebrow transplant, plus work on my jaw and lips,” she shared in a photo caption earlier this year. “Then my face will be complete,” she added.
Plastic surgery has been around for many years. These days, we often hear about it when celebrities get work done — whether it’s botox or full-on cosmetic surgery. Stars like Simon Cowell and Courteney Cox have spoken openly about the procedures they’ve had.
But one thing is clear: plastic surgery is very expensive. Most people would have to save up for a long time just to afford it. And in Mary Magdalene’s case, the total cost has already reached well over $100,000.
As reported by Unilad, Mary Magdalene, a model from Toronto, has spent more than $100,000 on plastic surgeries. Some doctors have even refused to work on her anymore because of how many procedures she’s already had.
“The doctors say I don’t need more surgery,” Mary shared, “but they still respect my style and want to help me reach my goals.”
Plastic surgery can change how someone looks, but it also carries serious risks. In many cases, surgeries have gone wrong, leading to pain, infections, or even life-threatening problems.
That’s exactly what happened to Mary during one of her most extreme surgeries.
She wanted to have what she called the “fattest v*gina in the world.” To do this, doctors took fat from other parts of her body and injected it into that area. But something went very wrong. One side kept getting bigger, and she developed too much scar tissue. It got so bad that she needed two blood transfusions to stay alive.
To survive, Mary had to get a v*gina reduction. She later said on the No Jumper podcast:
“I designed it myself to be the fattest. But I almost died. The doctor said I lost so much blood and turned very pale — he thought I wouldn’t make it.”
She added that after the surgery, she felt sick for a whole week and had a bad reaction to the blood transfusion.
Luckily, Mary survived — but the close call didn’t stop her from continuing with her body changes.
Her unique look turns heads wherever she goes, and she’s already planning more surgeries.
“I want to get my next breast surgery in a few months,” she said. “I’m still deciding exactly what to do, but I want to have the biggest boobs in the world.”
Looking back, it’s clear that Mary Magdalene can’t stop getting surgeries. But does she think it’s been worth it?
She says she feels hopeful.
At 25 years old, Mary admits she can’t drink through a straw anymore, and because her lips are very big, she can’t whistle. She also mentioned problems from her v*gina surgery, but she believes it will get better.
Even though Mary gets a lot of attention and earns money from her work, having a serious relationship isn’t easy for her. She says dating is hard because of how she looks.
“Some guys get jealous and try to control me because of my Instagram and website. They don’t like other men seeing my [sexy] photos, and they wish I dressed more modestly in public because it causes drama,” she explained.
