Pattie became a mother at 17 and was emotionally overwhelmed since she was not married. These details about the life of one of the most famous stars in the world are probably unfamiliar to you. Pattie had to go through many challenges, but she is now very proud of her son.

“My childhood was dominated by s**ual abuse and violence, I was first molested around age 3. My offenders include a male babysitter, the grandfather of one of my friends, and neighborhood children reportedly mature beyond their years.

I was s**ually violated so many times that as the years went by it began to feel normal”, says Justin Bieber`s added.

Quoting Mallette, “My childhood was dominated by s**ual abuse and violence, I was first molested around age 3. My offenders include a male babysitter, the grandfather of one of my friends, and neighborhood children reportedly mature beyond their years. I was sexually violated so many times that as the years went by it began to feel normal. It`s a strange marriage knowing something is wrong yet at the same time finding it familiar and commonplace.”

At the age of 14, she started using alcohol, marijuana, and acid, and also began robbing shops. She was expelled from school for starting a fire in a restroom as an act of vandalism.

At 15 years old, she started dating Jeremy Bieber, which lasted for four years. When she turned 16, she ran away from home and has been supporting herself through selling drugs and engaging in minor theft.

During a difficult period in her life, she struggled with feelings of intense loneliness and suicidal ideation. At 17, she was hospitalized after a suicide attempt and underwent a Christian conversion during her stay.

Upon leaving the hospital, she reached out to former colleagues who didn’t share her newfound faith. Eventually, she reconnected with Jeremy Bieber, and after six months, they learned that she was pregnant. Their son, Justin, was born on March 1, 1994, in London, Ontario. Mallette and Bieber tried to make their relationship work for a while after their baby’s birth, but eventually decided to go their separate ways.

Mallette encouraged her son’s musical talents after he had shown an interest in music for two years. While still a teenager, Justin participated in the 2007 Stratford Star talent competition, singing “So Sick” by Ne-Yo and earning second place.

Mallette uploaded a video of the performance on YouTube for her family and friends to see, and as Justin’s popularity grew online, she continued to share his subsequent performances on the platform.

In September 2012, Mallette’s autobiography, titled “Nowhere but Up,” was published by Revell, a Christian publishing house.

Mallette’s book recounts her challenging upbringing and her efforts to overcome abandonment and single parenthood, ultimately building a life grounded in faith, grace, and positivity.

Upon its release, the book debuted at number seventeen on the New York Times Best Sellers list, and has since garnered reviews in various international magazines.

Despite Justin’s non-traditional upbringing, his mother instilled in him the confidence that he would be able to provide his own children with the same sense of security and support.
