Ellen DeGeneres and her wife Portia de Rossi are selling their luxurious UK farmhouse for a staggering $30 million.
The couple moved to the upscale Cotswolds area last November, a hotspot for Hollywood’s elite seeking a quiet escape from the U.S.
But less than a year after snapping up the lavish 43-acre property known as “Kitesbridge Farm,” they’ve now put it on the market, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The former talk show icon, 67, and Arrested Development star, 52, reportedly paid around $20 million for the estate just last spring, according to The Wall Street Journal.
“When we decided to live here full time, we knew that Portia couldn’t live without her horses,” DeGeneres told the outlet. “We needed a home that had a horse facility and pastures for them.”
Married since 2008, the couple has already moved to another nearby property that’s said to be better suited for their pets and animals.
Listed through Sotheby’s International Realty, the sprawling estate includes seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. It also features a charming two-bedroom guest cottage with its own kitchen and sitting room, plus a heated five-car garage complete with a kitchenette.
